As we raise the necessary capital, we will acquire a truly exceptional property to become the physical home of our community. The exact location is still to be identified, but the qualities we seek are clear and intentional.

We are seeking a property that includes:

• 10–100+ acres of pristine land

• Spectacular views, with a mix of meadows and forest

• Deep privacy with a natural buffer — no visible neighbors

• Abundant water: wells, springs, or both

• A year-round river or creek with swimming holes and waterfalls

• Peaceful, quiet, and energetically clean

• Within 5–45 minutes of a vibrant town with a health food store

• Within 2 hours of a major airport

• On a public road or privately owned access road (no easements through others’ land)

• Ample guest parking, ideally out of sight from the road

• Favorable zoning for retreats, B&B, and small events

• Clean environment with minimal pollution

• Mild, comfortable climate

• Outside of major fire zones

Bonus: A natural hot spring on or near the land.

🧘‍♂️ Community Members & Roles

Core Community

• 6–15 full-time residents living in private homes or cottages

Primary Roles

General Community Manager

Oversees daily operations, community logistics, retreat center management, scheduling, marketing, and external relations. Strong people skills and prior community/center management experience are essential.

Land Development & Maintenance Manager

Manages all construction, infrastructure, landscaping, planning, budgeting, permitting, and ongoing maintenance. Ideally an experienced builder or general contractor.

Support Staff / Volunteers / WOOFers

10–20 rotating people supporting cleaning, landscaping, kitchen, construction, events, gardening, and guest services.

• Daily meditation (movement + silent sitting) — optional but encouraged

• Weekly community logistics meeting

• Weekly community sharing circle

• Nutritious, simple, clean vegetarian community meals available daily

• Facility rentals for meditation, tantra, yoga, medicine work, satsang, and wellness retreats
