Core Community

Primary Roles
General Community Manager
Oversees daily operations, community logistics, retreat center management, scheduling, marketing, and external relations. Strong people skills and prior community/center management experience are essential.
Land Development & Maintenance Manager
Manages all construction, infrastructure, landscaping, planning, budgeting, permitting, and ongoing maintenance. Ideally an experienced builder or general contractor.
Support Staff / Volunteers / WOOFers
10–20 rotating people supporting cleaning, landscaping, kitchen, construction, events, gardening, and guest services.
